Immediately contact us with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will update your address before it is shipped. Yes, exchanges are possible, but only for items of the same price. The product you purchased must be in its original, unopened packaging upon receipt. Exchanges can only be made in consultation with our customer service. Please contact them for shipping instructions; they will be happy to assist you. Once we have received the returned package, we will ship the requested product to you.
